Insurance Policy

Prior to renting a vehicle from our service, renters must provide valid proof of insurance coverage. This proof should clearly indicate the renter’s name, and the effective dates of the policy. Acceptable forms of proof include insurance cards, policy documents, or electronic verification from the insurance provider. Renters must maintain insurance coverage that meets or exceeds the minimum requirements mandated by the state or jurisdiction in which they operate the rented vehicle. This typically includes liability coverage for bodily injury and property damage. While comprehensive and collision coverage may not be mandatory, renters are strongly encouraged to carry these types of coverage to protect against damage to the rented vehicle in the event of accidents, theft, or other incidents.Renters must promptly notify us of any changes to their insurance coverage during the rental period. This includes changes in policy status and coverage limits.

The primary drivers insurance policy and the insurance card must be provided when the vehicle is reserved. We reserve the right to verify the validity and adequacy of the renter’s insurance coverage at any time during the rental period. Failure to provide valid proof of insurance or maintain adequate coverage may result in refusal of rental services or termination of the rental agreement.

By renting a vehicle from our service, renters agree to indemnify and hold harmless the rental car service, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any liability, claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from the renter’s use or operation of the rented vehicle, including but not limited to any inadequacy or lapse in insurance coverage.
