Our cancellation policy designed to offer flexibility while maintaining fairness for both parties involved.
Cancellation before 30 days: Customers are entitled to a full refund if they cancel their reservation up to 30 days before the scheduled pickup date.
Cancelling between 30 and 15 Days: For cancellations made between 30 and 15 days before the pickup date, a 50% refund of any prepaid rental fees will be provided.
Cancelling within 15 days: Cancellations made within 15 days of the scheduled pickup date are not eligible for a refund, and the full rental amount will be charged.
We encourage customers to promptly inform us of any cancellations to manage vehicle availability effectively. No-shows without prior cancellation will result in the full rental amount being charged. While we aim to accommodate our customers’ needs, exceptions to this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Our priority is to provide exceptional service while ensuring fairness and flexibility for all customers.
