Booking Policy

We have a two step process for booking the Sprinter Vans:

  1. Deposit for Holding Dates & Verification: We require a 25% booking fee to be paid at the time of reservation, ensuring the blocking of the desired dates and vehicle. Additionally, customers must submit copies of their valid driver’s license and insurance documents for verification before final confirmation of the reservation. This verification process is essential to ensure compliance with legal requirements and to confirm the renter’s eligibility to drive the vehicle.
  2. Confirmation & Balance Payment: Upon successful verification of the driving license and insurance documents, a notification will be sent to the customer, indicating that full payment is required to confirm the booking. This notification will typically be sent via email, SMS, or telephone. Customers can then proceed to make the full payment, on our website. Full payment is needed at a minimum of 30 days before the rental date. If we do not receive full payment by 30 days, we reserve the right to cancel the booking, and refund the deposit amount.

The dates and vehicle will not be fully confirmed till full payment is made. We reserve the right to cancel the booking and refund the deposit payment if full payment is not made by 30th day before commencement of rental.

If you booking date is within 30 days, full payment is needed at the time of booking for dates to be confirmed.

If full payment is not done within the time frame, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation hold.

To give you peace of mind, we offer generous cancellation and refund policy. Cancellations are permitted as outlined in our cancellation policy.

Additional services such as additional driver(s) or rental collision protection coverage can be requested at booking or pickup, and age and driver’s license requirements must be met as per agency and local regulations.
